- Improved Retired the beta access gate now that Property Compass is out of beta — the invite-only "coming soon" landing page and its access-request queue have been removed. No change to how you sign in or use the app.
- Improved Consultations: when a session is within 14 days, the disabled "Pay now" button now explains that you must tick the cancellation-consent box first.
- Improved My practice now uses clear underline tabs for Today, Schedule, Services, Clients, Earnings and Profile (with a count on Today when sessions need your response), and every area sits on a consistent card layout with simpler Previous/Next paging.
- Improved The Admin sidebar is regrouped by the job at hand — Inbox (everything awaiting a decision), Publish, People & money, Configure, and Monitor — instead of one long System list, and Support Tickets now appears in the tree.
- Improved The sidebar's legal and links block now folds behind a "Legal & links" toggle that starts closed on every screen size, so the navigation keeps its space instead of shrinking to a scrollbar. It remembers your choice and keeps the app version visible beside the toggle.
- Improved Page help can now load through a secure, locale-aware read API with access-safe links and coherent caching.
- Improved “How this page works” guides now use a clearer labelled disclosure that stays searchable while closed and respects keyboard and reduced-motion preferences.
- Improved While new consultation business is paused, Schedule and Services stay readable — you keep seeing your own week and your own offer — with the controls that would sell something new removed. Everything already agreed stays fully workable.
- Improved Services now states your share of each booking, and shows a free consultation as Free rather than £0.00.
- Improved A refund that could not be completed now says so on the consultation, and says an administrator is handling it, instead of leaving the outcome unexplained.
- Improved The Admin consultations console is now organised as five tabs — Overview, Book a member, Coach invitations, Catalogue and All sessions. Overview leads with what needs a decision and which refunds are stuck, All sessions filters the whole queue by status and coach together, and requests that belong to no coach are labelled Admin-only.
- Improved The Admin coach payouts page is now a monthly bookkeeping surface: it opens on the last closed London month, leads with a fixed "No money moves here" boundary, and shows the period totals, what needs attention, every batch, and the evidence behind one — invoice, approval, audit trail and reconciliation. Recording a payment now asks for the bank reference and the retyped batch number, and says twice that the transfer already happened elsewhere. A figure the server cannot give us shows as a dash, never as £0.00.
- Improved Nuggets and Consultations now sit under Learn in the member menu, and Professionals under Community. Routes and access are unchanged.
- Improved Coaches now find their workspace in its own "My practice" sidebar section at a shorter address; older bookmarks and the links in coach emails and notifications still open the right place.
- Improved The "My practice" sidebar section now lists the workspace's six areas — Today, Schedule, Services, Clients, Earnings and Profile — and highlights the one you are in, so a coach can jump straight to an area instead of landing on Today and clicking again.
- Improved Consultation commercial terms are now one platform-wide rule: the coach receives 94% of the member price excluding VAT and Property Compass retains 5% of the member price including VAT. The terms are recorded when a booking is accepted, so a later change never alters what an agreed consultation pays, and refunds reverse at the same rate. Terms of Use, the coach invitation, and the Admin payouts page all state the rule.
- Improved Every consultation notification and email now states the exact time in UK local time, the exact VAT-inclusive amount, and the real refund outcome after a cancellation, and its link opens the recipient's own page rather than somebody else's.
- Improved Live coaches can now update the display name and plain-text headline members see on the consultation catalogue from their dashboard.
- Improved Site content and glossary copy now share locale-aware compiled defaults and Admin overrides, while page help has typed storage ready for future localized help surfaces.
- Improved Renamed the member and Admin booking experience to Consultations while preserving existing sessions, coach workflows, routes, and the `mentorship` feature flag contract.
- Improved The Consultations page now groups every consultation under the coach who offers it, shows its length and VAT-inclusive price up front, and adds a "How this page works" guide covering booking, payment deadlines, cancellations and refunds.
- Improved Each of your booked consultations now shows its VAT-inclusive price, and one awaiting payment shows a live countdown to the payment deadline so you can see exactly how long is left before the time is released.
- Improved Each open consultation now says whose move it is — whether you need to pay or accept a time, or the coach still has to answer.
- Improved A consultation whose payment deadline passed now says the window closed, that the time was released, and that you were not charged, instead of showing only an "Expired" label.
- Improved Upcoming in-page help can now keep internal destinations safe and current when routes move,
- Improved Consultation requests keep the price and duration a member saw. If an offering changes before submission, the page refreshes the catalogue without losing the proposed time or note and asks for confirmation again.
- Improved Existing consultation bookings remain viewable and manageable when new consultation bookings are switched off.
- Improved Consultation booking is now reserved for paying members, with a clear upgrade path for free members.
- Improved Your property notes are now tied to your own account rather than only to the property record they hang off, so they stay private to you as notes become available on more places in the app.
- Improved When you book a consultation starting within 14 days, you are now asked to confirm you're happy for it to go ahead before your 14-day cancellation period ends — asked once, at payment, against the time you actually agreed.

- Improved The app now recovers faster when the database is under heavy load — it no longer retries queries that have already timed out, so a single slow request is much less likely to cause knock-on timeout errors on other pages.
- Improved Deal Finder broad searches (no filters, or filters across a wide area) now return far faster — results are ranked from a pre-computed per-property metric instead of a slow live calculation over every listing.
- Improved Every conversion calculator field and result now has a plain-English glossary definition. Hover the info icon beside any input (site details, VAT treatment, planning posture, output units) or result (GDV, gross development cost, profit-on-cost, the VAT lines, planning verdict) to see what it means — 92 new conversion terms, all searchable on the Glossary page.
- Improved The whole in-app glossary is now complete. A batch of existing definitions that the calculators referred to had never actually reached the live Glossary page or its tooltips; those are all present again, so every calculator's info-icons resolve (the glossary went from 155 to 306 terms).
- Improved Recovered price history that had already been lost. Keeping price history when a property comes off the market (shipped in 1.55.0) only protected trails from that point on — roughly 159,000 historical asking-price records had already been deleted before it landed. Those have now been restored from our source data, along with 1,358 properties that were missing from the database entirely. Like the retained history, this builds the record behind the price-trail views rather than being something you can browse on its own yet.
- Improved The Property Compass® mark now appears everywhere the brand does — site headers, every email we send, and PDF, spreadsheet and CSV exports — not just page footers and the Terms page.
- Improved Price history is now kept when a property comes off the market. Previously, once a listing was withdrawn or sold its entire asking-price trail was deleted — so you could never see what a property had been marketed at, how long it sat, or whether it was relisted at a lower price. From now on that history is retained against the property itself, and only the listing's own details (its link and photos) are removed.
- Improved Area coverage is now fair and self-healing — the least-recently-updated areas are always refreshed first, so no area can be left behind.
- Improved Listing data refreshes about twice as fast. The background sweeps now run on a shorter cycle, roughly halving how long a full pass over every area takes.
- Improved Property Compass is now a UK registered trade mark (UK00004373685). Site footers and the Terms page now carry the ® notice.
- Improved Property Search and map pins are dramatically faster — dense city viewports that previously timed out now load instantly on repeat views (searches and the pin layer are served from a short-lived cache; behind the scenes the map's heaviest queries were rebuilt after profiling against a full-size data copy)
- Improved Properties carry a floor area more often behind the scenes — where a property has an Energy Performance Certificate on file, its published floor area fills the gap when the listing itself doesn't quote one, so deal analysis and £/sqft comparisons cover more of the market (a floor area quoted on the listing always takes precedence; coverage grows as listings refresh)
- Improved A sweep of security hardening across file uploads, link handling, and data parsing
- Improved Place and area search now display the required open-data source attribution wherever place suggestions and area labels appear.
- Improved Groundwork for town-name search: every UK town and village is now known to the platform (searchable from the next update).
- Improved Searching by council name now finds every district that council touches — for example, "High Peak" now includes SK17 (Buxton), which previously only appeared under a neighbouring council.
- Improved Property search over dense city areas is dramatically faster and more reliable.
- Improved Zooming the map out to the whole country now shows a friendly "zoom in to search this area" note instead of a long wait and an error.
- Improved In-app notifications look cleaner, can be dismissed with a close button, and watchlist changes offer a one-tap Undo.
- Improved The Deal Finder area picker is now searchable, with full keyboard navigation.
- Improved On phones, property details open in a smooth bottom sheet you can swipe away.
