- Fixed Weekly watchlist updates were silently skipped for members watching more than one area — you now get a single update covering all your changed areas.
- Fixed The sign-out button no longer pushes the layout sideways on phones.
- Fixed Map controls no longer overlap the search box on phones in the research view.
- Fixed Postcode search now finds every district: two-digit outcodes such as SK17 (Buxton) appear in the suggestions in both Property Search and the Deal Finder area picker, suggestions stay live while you type a full postcode, and pasting an address line still finds the right area.
- Fixed Corrected scrambled affordability-ratio data across 318 local authorities, so area pages show accurate income-to-price figures.
- Fixed The compare panel now reliably opens when you add a property to compare it.
- Fixed Deal Finder no longer shows a fabricated positive return for Buy-Refurbish-Refinance, Rent-to-Rent, or Rent-to-Serviced-Accommodation deals when key cost data is missing.
- Fixed Corrected the annualised return calculation for Hold exit strategies to use a proper compound-growth formula.
- Fixed The Flip calculator now applies National Insurance tax treatment correctly and rejects invalid negative inputs.
- Fixed A cancelled subscription could occasionally be reactivated by a delayed billing update; this is now prevented.
- Fixed Area market data ingestion is more reliable, so district stats stay fresh.
- Fixed The Demographics panel now shows data for every postcode.
- Fixed Property detail pages no longer show blank information.

- Fixed Corrected wording on the crowdfunding investment risk disclaimer to meet FCA Consumer Duty requirements.
- Fixed Restored several old bookmarked and search-indexed links (including the heatmap, members, forum and community pages) that were leading to a "page not found" error.
- Fixed Postcode search fixes: suggestions now trigger a search immediately, and short outward codes such as EC1A now work correctly in area comparison.
- Fixed Members who downgrade their plan can still remove properties from their watchlist.

- Fixed Resolved an issue where "Get Started Free" and "Sign In" could appear to do nothing due to a caching bug — now they work reliably every time.
- Fixed Search now behaves reliably when you change postcode or use "Search this area" — no more stale results, false "no results" flashes, or extra clicks needed to run a search.
- Fixed Old subscription-page links now redirect correctly to your account settings.
- Fixed Signing in with a different method than before (for example, Google after email and password) now correctly recognises your existing account instead of creating a duplicate.
- Fixed The buy-to-let filter preset no longer applies an incorrect minimum-yield cutoff that could hide otherwise-matching properties.
- Fixed The daily search-quota counter now only increases on genuine new searches, not on filter changes or map clicks.
- Fixed Area research panels now load correctly instead of showing errors or blank data.
- Fixed The heatmap now shows all 24 metrics for paid and admin accounts.
- Fixed Sharing a calculator analysis link now works reliably.
