  • Fixed Flats in the same building no longer share sales history or an energy certificate, so each flat now shows its own past sales and its own energy rating and floor area.
  • Fixed Area research now shows the freehold, leasehold, new-build and existing-home median prices instead of leaving them blank.
  • Fixed A consultation you have counter-proposed no longer shows an Accept time button. It now says you are waiting for the coach to respond.
  • Fixed If your card refund is still settling when you cancel a membership started within 14 days, your membership now ends instead of staying active.
  • Fixed Paid consultations inside the no-refund window no longer show a coach as blocked for a missing term on the coach dashboard.
  • Fixed Calculators now open with your saved defaults even when they load a moment after the page.
  • Fixed Flip calculator downloads (CSV, Excel and PDF) now carry the same tax warning as the screen: the figures are estimates, HMRC may tax the profit differently, and Class 4 National Insurance is not included.
  • Fixed A link to Explore now opens on the area it was copied from, and a district link flies to that district and lists its properties.
  • Fixed The Run Search link in a saved search alert email now opens Explore and runs that saved search.
  • Fixed District codes typed in lower case in a Compare link, such as m1 and ls1, now fill the table instead of showing dashes.
  • Fixed Energy ratings and build details now load for postcodes where they were missing, so listings in those areas show the rating of the property.
  • Fixed Choosing 5+ bedrooms in Deal Finder now includes homes with six or more bedrooms.
  • Fixed The event calendar keeps your selected month while events load.
  • Fixed Reports sent from the support box now confirm that a ticket was created and keep your message if sending fails.

  • Fixed On Property Search, Export CSV and the sort menu no longer slide under the map when a search shows the "Tighten the radius" note. They move to a second line above the listings.
  • Fixed On Property Search, the postcode suggestions no longer pop open after you press Search straight after typing.
  • Fixed The postcode you search for now stays in the search box. Before, the box could change to a nearby postcode a moment after the map moved to your search.
  • Fixed Searching for a postcode district such as M1 now lists its properties straight away. Before, the results panel could show "Search unavailable for this view" for a few seconds, and kept showing it if we could not place the district on the map.
  • Fixed Members are now told when an event is published, including events first saved as drafts.
  • Fixed On a phone, the Explore map's Overlay opacity card no longer covers the All, Houses and Flats buttons.
  • Fixed Buying a title register or title plan now completes and keeps the purchase in your history. Trying again finishes the same order instead of buying it a second time.
  • Fixed The View Deal button in a new deal alert email now opens the deal, and links in alerts sent earlier take you there too.
  • Fixed Saving an event with the end before the start now says so beside End Date instead of failing, and any other problem with an event shows what to change.
  • Fixed A saved Deal Finder search that is too broad to check each night now says its alerts are paused, why, and how to get them back, instead of saying it could not be checked.
  • Fixed Messages about a postcode or another entry that can't be used no longer end with a technical note such as (Parameter 'postcode').
  • Fixed Cancelling a paid consultation with a very long reason no longer fails after your refund has started. The reason is now checked before anything is refunded, and the cancel form shows the 977 character limit.
  • Fixed Consultation notes are now limited to 1,000 characters. A longer note is refused when you send it instead of causing an unexpected error, and the request edit form tells you the limit.
  • Fixed Coach profiles, session types, availability and invitation links are now checked against their limits when you save them, and an invitation link opened on the wrong kind of invitation page now says the link is not valid instead of showing an unexpected error.
  • Fixed Deal of the Week deals save again, including Build-to-Rent and Land Banking deals, and when one can't be saved the editor shows the reason beside the field it concerns, such as dates that overlap another deal.
  • Fixed The Gross Yield figures in the Explore Discover list are no longer cut off on a laptop-width window.
  • Fixed On phones and tablets the Explore map's fullscreen button is now 44 px and no longer sits under the Article 4 zones toggle.
  • Fixed A postcode district search now stays on that district when you change a filter, instead of switching to listings within a mile of its centre.
  • Fixed Paid pages such as Area Comparison and Area Screening are no longer offered in help links until you have confirmed your email, so you no longer open a page that then refuses you.
  • Fixed Voiding a coach payout batch now releases its earnings so they can be paid in a later batch.
  • Fixed The payout batch detail screen now shows the batch's real revision, so approving, invoicing, paying or voiding from it no longer fails as out of date.
  • Fixed The BRR calculator now charges bridging interest and the bridging arrangement fee on the amount you borrow, not on the whole purchase price, because bridging does not cover your deposit. With the default inputs, a £200,000 purchase now shows £12,000 of bridging costs instead of £16,000, so the cash left in the deal is £4,000 lower. Deal Finder scores for BRR deals are recalculated to match.
  • Fixed Compare exits on the buy-to-let calculators now grows only the rent over the hold period, so thin-margin and loss-making deals no longer look worse than they are, and the refinance option now counts any extra cash you must add to clear the old mortgage as cash left in.
  • Fixed When a member's account is removed, their deal board posts and comments now stay up under the name "Deleted member", and their reactions are removed. Deals they posted that were still waiting for approval are withdrawn and never published.
  • Fixed Calendar app links now use their own security key, so changes to how you sign in can no longer break them. If a calendar app stops showing your Property Compass events, copy your link again from Sync to your calendar app.
  • Fixed Nightly Deal Finder alerts no longer miss a night because a saved search with a funding limit ran too slowly.
  • Fixed A property's yield and stamp duty figures now use the asking price of the advert that is on the market, not the price of an earlier advert that has been withdrawn.
  • Fixed Buying a title register or title plan in title research works again. The purchase had been failing with an error before anything was bought.
  • Fixed When a listing's asking price or status changes, its estimated yield and its price compared with the area median now update to match, instead of keeping the figures worked out for the old price.
  • Fixed Calculator cards keep labels and figures readable on narrow screens and in narrow panels.
  • Fixed You can see commercial rents and sale and rent estimates in Area Research when data is available.
  • Fixed Flip exit comparisons now account for your bridge repayment and sale tax, and ask for rent before showing rental returns.
  • Fixed The Flip calculator now estimates Corporation Tax for a company purchase, using the small profits rate, marginal relief and the main rate, instead of showing personal Income Tax figures. Company purchases with Scotland selected as the taxpayer residence now calculate instead of showing an error.
  • Fixed Deal Finder now keeps the results you already have on screen and retries on its own when a live scoring update arrives in an unexpected form, instead of failing.
  • Fixed The hourly capital recovery check now finishes in small steps instead of timing out, so BRR and mixed-use deals whose capital recovery changed now show correctly in Deal Finder, including the Min ROE filter.
  • Fixed The Member Directory region filter now finds members in Yorkshire and the Humber. Before, choosing Yorkshire always showed no members.
  • Fixed Picking a council in a location search now covers all of its postcode districts. Before, it quietly used only the first district alphabetically. Where a screen takes one district, you now choose which one.
  • Fixed Searching for a place that has no postcode district no longer shows an empty result.
  • Fixed A property we cannot check against Article 4 now shows Article 4 unknown instead of passing as outside an Article 4 area. It also stays in your results when you exclude Article 4 areas, and a CSV export says Unknown instead of No. Listings that were never properly checked now read unknown, and listings in Wales and in councils with Article 4 data are being checked again at their own map point.
  • Fixed Your membership and consultation checkouts now include a billing name for invoices.
  • Fixed Paying for a consultation no longer gets stuck when you retry checkout. If our payment provider is briefly unavailable, checkout asks you to try again shortly.
  • Fixed Auction listings now show a guide price, with a clear label when estimates and comparisons use that guide price.
  • Fixed Your directory profile is visible only to people with Full membership, matching your consent.
  • Fixed Student Accommodation no longer shows a yield for a house. It was counting the whole-house rent once for every bedroom, so larger homes looked far better than they were. Student lets now show as not ranked until a real student rent exists.
  • Fixed Area figures from our paid data source no longer go missing when several load at once. If the data source is busy, the page now says so and tries again by itself, instead of leaving the figure blank.
  • Fixed When we change how saved search matches are chosen or ranked, your next alert no longer lists properties that were already on the market as new matches. Properties listed since the previous alert are still announced.
  • Fixed Webhooks now reject more private network destinations.
  • Fixed Area research yields, demand, growth, crime, demographics, income and tenure now describe the whole postcode district, not whichever postcode was looked up first.
  • Fixed Nearby schools now match the postcode you searched, not another postcode in the same district.
  • Fixed Support tickets and automatic error reports are now always saved, even when many errors arrive at the same moment, and a ticket description over 4,000 characters now shows a clear message instead of failing.
  • Fixed Opening a listing from a link now takes Property Search to the page of results that contains it, including for newer listings.
  • Fixed Your billing period end date now stays on your account after a failed renewal payment.
  • Fixed When the address service is slow, the postcode lookup and the Article 4 check now show their usual message asking you to try again or carry on, instead of failing with an error. The postcode box on its own now shows that message too, where before it showed nothing.
  • Fixed Build cost and commercial rent estimates are now matched to the right postcode district.
  • Fixed Calculators now show a clear message instead of an error when an amount is far too large or a required section, such as finance, is missing.
  • Fixed Deal Finder keeps scoring your searches when several are running at once, and after a system update.
  • Fixed Saving a portfolio property's financials with a value that is too large or too long now shows a message naming the field, instead of a generic error.
  • Fixed Pages and member data load quickly again after they slowed down in the latest release.
  • Fixed A property that comes back on the market, or is newly listed, now appears in Deal Finder as soon as its figures are worked out, without an extra wait of up to two hours.
  • Fixed Reminder and digest emails no longer arrive twice when a scheduled job runs slowly.
  • Fixed The Contact form now keeps what you typed and shows a clear message if you reach the hourly send limit or the form has expired, instead of showing a blank page.
  • Fixed A membership that came from a promotion and has ended now shows as Free membership on your subscription page, instead of still showing as Paid.
  • Fixed The Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Flip, Build to Rent and Land Development calculators no longer show a new-build price per square foot labelled "Area estimate" beside the refurb and build cost fields, which could be mistaken for a refurb rate.
  • Fixed Saved searches that use the semi-detached property type match semi-detached homes again, and their alerts work again.
  • Fixed Properties for sale no longer disappear from your search results when one date in their price history cannot be read. Only that one entry is left out.
  • Fixed The free trial countdown now updates while the page stays open, so it no longer shows a stale number of days.
  • Fixed A shared analysis image now keeps its other figures when one value cannot be read, instead of leaving out the figures after it.
  • Fixed Deal Finder now shows your results even when the count of properties it could assess fails. Only that line is left out.
  • Fixed A property price history no longer shows the same price twice on one date.
  • Fixed Fewer pages fail to load when another request is cancelled at the same moment.
  • Fixed The calculator picker now shows the same headline results and typical return range as the calculators themselves for several strategies, including Mixed-Use Investment.
  • Fixed Deal Finder alerts no longer announce a deal as new when it only moved up your ranked list.
  • Fixed A Buy, Refurbish, Refinance or mixed use investment deal that gets all your cash back now shows "All cash recovered" where its ROE would be in Deal Finder. When it also makes money each year, it passes any minimum ROE you set and comes first when you sort by ROI. When it does not, Deal Finder says so instead of showing a blank ROE.
  • Fixed Running a saved search or choosing Find nearest on Area Research no longer gets pulled back to an earlier district or postcode when that slower lookup finishes.
  • Fixed Deals with a return too big to calculate exactly now stay in your Deal Finder results instead of disappearing. They show as "over" the largest figure we can hold, for example "over 99,999%", and they sort after deals with an exact figure.
  • Fixed If a saved search alert email fails to send, the next alert now includes the same new matches, so you no longer miss them.
  • Fixed Coaches are now told when a member declines a consultation, with a note that the slot is free again.
  • Fixed A saved search with a radius, or a shared link to one, now keeps its radius when the map moves into place, instead of switching to a search of the visible map area.
  • Fixed Running a saved search in Property Search now updates the page address, so reloading, sharing the link, or returning with Back restores its area or radius and filters.
  • Fixed Consultation reminders and payment deadline warnings no longer arrive twice when the email to the other person in the booking fails.
  • Fixed Reaction counts on the Deal Board now go up or down correctly when you add or remove a reaction, and update on the board straight away.
  • Fixed Properties that showed a blank yield now get one once rental data for the area is available.
  • Fixed Property details no longer miss an update when a background request starts before it is ready to be processed.
  • Fixed Conversion calculators use updated default build costs on the next lookup after an admin saves them.
  • Fixed The Updated By column on the admin build cost defaults table now shows the name of the admin who last changed each default, instead of always showing a dash.
  • Fixed When several of your saved searches find new deals on the same night, you now get one notice that adds them all up, instead of only the first.
  • Fixed New deals on the Deal Finder page no longer disappear when more than one night has passed since you last looked.
  • Fixed Commercial properties for sale and to rent are being added and updated again in Deal Finder and Property Search, after new commercial listings stopped appearing in mid September.
  • Fixed In the busiest areas, such as W2 and E14, the first 1,008 homes for sale and to rent are rechecked on every update again, so they stay in Deal Finder and Property Search.
  • Fixed Deal Finder no longer hides homes whose build year, floor area, bedrooms or bathrooms are not recorded when you filter on those details. Only homes known to fall outside your range are left out, and unknown values show as a dash.
  • Fixed Event reminder emails are back. If you have said you are attending an event, we now email you a reminder the day before, with the date, time and a link to the event.
  • Fixed Approved planning applications now show in green instead of the pending colour, and refused ones show in red.
  • Fixed The Semi-Detached type filter now shows semi-detached homes instead of no results.
  • Fixed A property link with a mangled number, such as one ending in a stray letter or an exponent, now shows an invalid property message instead of opening a different listing.
  • Fixed The listing snapshot in the Property Compass API now returns the scored figures for the strategy you ask for, says whether that strategy applies to the listing, and refuses a strategy it does not recognise. It no longer returns ready-written price and risk sentences, because the listing details already carry those facts.
  • Fixed Members watching a postcode district now get the deal alert email even when the approving admin's request ends before the emails go out.
  • Fixed Asking for the newsletter confirmation email again within ten minutes no longer sends a second email, and each address gets at most three a day.
  • Fixed Collaborator invitation emails now show the property address as plain text, and each owner can send up to 20 invitations a day.
  • Fixed Trying to change or delete another member's property, or delete their community post, now shows a permission error.
  • Fixed The Mixed-Use Investment calculator in Advanced mode no longer fails with "Calculation failed" when you enter values for several flats.
  • Fixed Your consultation now stays awaiting payment until checkout confirms that you have paid.
  • Fixed Links with malformed page addresses no longer redirect you to another website when correcting capital letters.
  • Fixed When too many requests are sent with an API key, the response now tells you how long to wait before trying again.
  • Fixed Admins can browse member cards on phones, expand details, and open accounts, with shared filters and pagination across phone and desktop views.
  • Fixed The dashboard welcome banner now shows a search icon for Research and Deal Finder, and no longer lists Consultations while consultations are unavailable.
  • Fixed An unrecognised billing price no longer downgrades your active Pro membership.
  • Fixed Names with special characters now display safely in trial reminder and referral credit emails.
  • Fixed Area Research now shows the available live gross yield, sales demand and rental demand.
  • Fixed Energy performance certificates for properties now refresh from the replacement government data service. Coming soon
  • Fixed A project certificate whose expiry date has passed now shows as Expired, and one expiring within 30 days shows as Expiring soon, instead of the status chosen when it was saved.
  • Fixed Local research keeps results separate for each postcode and handles missing data more reliably.
  • Fixed Area research now uses saved government crime and rental yield data first, and no longer assigns a crime rating when data could not be fetched.
  • Fixed Title research now shows nearby freehold and leasehold titles, lets you match by UPRN, and saves queued document purchases until they are ready.
  • Fixed Webhook endpoints can no longer be pointed at the IPv6 address `::`, which reaches services on the server itself.
  • Fixed Temporary data provider failures no longer make an area wait 90 days for another attempt to fetch build costs or commercial rents.
  • Fixed Editing a project task no longer removes the person it was assigned to.
  • Fixed The new, reduced and removed badges on a saved search are no longer cut off when the search has a long name.
  • Fixed Suspended accounts can no longer read founders only posts, events, gallery albums, or forum threads.
  • Fixed Explore and Discover messages now use plain sentences instead of dashes.
  • Fixed Saving a property inspection no longer fails when its date has no time zone.
  • Fixed Leaving Property Search while the map is still working out the postcode no longer changes your search afterwards.
  • Fixed A problem in the nightly check for new Deal Finder matches no longer takes the whole site offline. The check now tries again a little later.
  • Fixed A saved search no longer reports a listing as removed when newer listings only pushed it further down the results.
  • Fixed A failed PDF report download from the property search area panel now shows an error message instead of silently doing nothing.
  • Fixed Pasting a property note longer than 2,000 characters no longer cuts it off. The note stays in the box with a counter that turns red, and Add and Save wait until it fits.
  • Fixed The conversion calculator's building type, VAT treatment, planning route and unit type choices now show plain names instead of internal codes.
  • Fixed Search and filter boxes in admin tables are now readable in dark mode.
  • Fixed Pricing, features, and membership prompts now describe calculator sharing and Deal Analysis Request messages without promising calculator downloads or an analysis report.
  • Fixed On narrower screens, the map buttons on Property Search no longer cover the Export CSV button.
  • Fixed Completed address lookups are now saved for reuse even if you leave the page before the suggestions arrive.
  • Fixed Page help and feature switches no longer fail to load for other visitors when one page request is cancelled at the same moment.
  • Fixed Free trial reminder emails confirmed as not sent can now be retried while the reminder is still due.
  • Fixed Every map now shows its map data credit in the bottom corner, as the map data licences require.
  • Fixed Panning around the Explore map quickly no longer starts so many background listing refreshes at once that pages and searches could fail for a short time.
  • Fixed Deal Finder results on a wide tablet or desktop now show each address in full, wrapping onto a second line instead of cutting it off with dots.
  • Fixed Paying for a consultation no longer changes your membership's payment total, renewal date or status.
  • Fixed Property research can still show saved data when a paid data limit cannot be checked, without requesting more paid data.
  • Fixed Moderators are no longer sent to admin-only pages, and no longer see staff-only support ticket controls, that they cannot use.
  • Fixed When a page in the app fails to display, the problem is now reported to our team automatically so it can be fixed sooner.
  • Fixed Free members can now edit and delete their own forum replies, and moderators can edit and delete other members' replies, instead of being refused.
  • Fixed Deal Finder results on a tablet with the menu open now show as cards you can read in full, instead of a squeezed table with crushed strategy labels, and the page title and buttons wrap instead of crowding together.
  • Fixed On the Explore map, the search box no longer covers the Satellite button or the All, Houses and Flats buttons on tablets and laptops, and the price legend now sits clear of the map logo.
  • Fixed Your Profile details are now readable in dark mode, and each field is tied to its label so screen readers announce it.
  • Fixed The Explore map no longer tells you a search took too long when a background refresh of the area runs slowly. Your listings now load as usual.
  • Fixed The Mixed Use calculator now says "All cash recovered" in place of a dash when holding or selling leaves no cash in the deal.
  • Fixed A failed profile save is now announced by screen readers.
  • Fixed Deal Finder no longer keeps an out-of-date "not applicable" result for a strategy after new property details mean it can no longer be ruled out, such as off-plan once a build year shows a new build.
  • Fixed Saving a property's financial details with a lease start or end date no longer fails, and the dates you pick are kept exactly as you entered them.
  • Fixed Deal Finder now lists every property that Property Search lists for the same area, including listings advertised at a placeholder price such as price on application, which it used to leave out.
  • Fixed You can watch YouTube and Vimeo links directly in Blog posts when the link sits on a line of its own, and the editor preview shows the same player readers see.
  • Fixed Very large page numbers no longer cause errors when you browse messages, discussions, feedback or support requests.
  • Fixed Area Comparison links now keep your latest district selections when you reload or share the page.
  • Fixed Screen readers now announce each district field's label in Area Comparison, so you can tell which area you are choosing.
  • Fixed You can now read Members Only blog posts with a free membership when signed in with a verified email, without needing a paid subscription.
  • Fixed When an administrator creates, edits, publishes or deletes a blog post, their own Blog list and post details now refresh straight away instead of showing the earlier version.
  • Fixed Adding an output unit after removing one in the conversion calculators now leaves its optional number fields empty instead of copying the example figures, so an unwanted net area no longer blocks Calculate.
  • Fixed You can add an Asking price criterion in Deal Finder again, set minimum and maximum prices, and edit the price range in your saved searches.
  • Fixed The deal verdict now writes ROI on Cash Left, ROI on Setup Costs and Profit on GDV with the same capital letters as the calculator results, and shows a commercial deal's lease length (WAULT) in years instead of pounds.
  • Fixed The top bar now keeps the name of the page you are on in view on a laptop with the sidebar open. Share an idea, Support, My Profile and Sign out show as icons until your window is wide, so My Profile no longer wraps onto two lines.
  • Fixed Deal Finder’s help text now uses plain words, for example it says you need at least one criterion.
  • Fixed The Glossary and the Deal Finder results now fit your screen on a laptop with the sidebar open. Glossary definitions wrap instead of being cut off at the right edge, and each Deal Finder result keeps its strategies and pipeline button in view, with the strategy chips wrapping onto extra lines.
  • Fixed In Property Search, Back no longer steps through repeated copies of the same search, and a link with an unreadable filter now opens with that filter reset to its default and the rest of your search kept.
  • Fixed Comparables now searches short postcode districts such as M1 and E1, which it used to refuse.
  • Fixed The Deal Finder results table header now stays in view as you scroll a long list of results.
  • Fixed On Portfolio, each property's address in the table now includes its flat or unit line and postcode, so flats in the same building are easy to tell apart. The table also fits a laptop screen without scrolling sideways, and on narrower screens it keeps every column with the address pinned.
  • Fixed The coach invitation page now shows our company details and asks for your cookie consent, and the email verification page now includes our registered trade mark notice.
  • Fixed When you paste a long idea into the feedback form, the whole text now stays, with a live character count and a clear message if it is over the limit.
  • Fixed In the admin list of deal analysis requests, changing the status filter now goes back to the first page, and the Next button stops at the last page.
  • Fixed Following a link to the Discussions or Activity Feed tab in Community now opens that tab.
  • Fixed Your profile page no longer fails to load when your display name is blank; it shows a question mark as your avatar.
  • Fixed The student accommodation calculator no longer shows the Additional dwelling and Claims business relief options, because they never changed that calculator's stamp duty. Company purchase stays and now explains that it sets the lender stress test.
  • Fixed When a blog post is edited, it shows its “Updated” date again.
  • Fixed Deal Finder now keeps your match count visible and refreshes results after you update your criteria.
  • Fixed Saved searches no longer shows a blank sort or filter when your remembered view is out of date; it returns to the defaults.
  • Fixed When a calculation is missing details, you now get a clear message telling you what is required.
  • Fixed On narrow screens the Explore district list no longer squashes gross yield, median price and the other numbers into each other. It now keeps yield and price readable and shows year-on-year change and sales volume once there is room.
  • Fixed On a phone, the conversion calculators now show each output unit as a card with every field and a Remove button you can tap, instead of a wide table that cut off its columns.
  • Fixed In My practice, the Schedule tab now shows your consultation calendar on a single card, matching the other tabs.
  • Fixed The promo keys table now shows the membership tier each key grants.
  • Fixed Messages sent through the Contact page now reach our support team.
  • Fixed Deal Finder now rechecks properties that were marked as not suitable for a strategy before their details were complete.
  • Fixed In the new-build calculator, a deal saved with a Class MA Planning Posture now opens with full planning selected, which is what the calculation already used, instead of a blank answer. The calculator no longer asks about a Class MA Article 4 direction, which can't change a new build's verdict.
  • Fixed Saved searches in Property Search and Explore now keep a radius search's centre and distance, so Run and the alert emails search the area you saved. After a Run, the count of new listings now uses the same rule as the alert emails, even for a search with a very large number of matches. If you turned off Email me about new features and tips and later subscribed to the newsletter again and confirmed by email, you now receive the newsletter.
  • Fixed When you open a property from a link to it in your portfolio, closing or deleting it now returns the address bar to your portfolio, and Back no longer reopens it. Opening another property from the list updates the link to that property.
  • Fixed Property Search and Explore saved searches now keep For Sale or To Rent, residential or commercial, and the minimum price, so Run and the alert emails search what you saved. On a phone, Filters now has the For Sale and To Rent choice too.
  • Fixed Run on a Property Search saved search now searches the saved map area, instead of keeping a radius, district, or postcode search you had open. The new, reduced, and removed counts after a run now compare the same listings as the saved-search alert emails, so they no longer change between runs and emails when nothing has changed.
  • Fixed Turning off Email me about new features and tips in your profile now also unsubscribes you from the Property Compass newsletter. Turning it on doesn't subscribe you; the newsletter still asks you to confirm by email.
  • Fixed In Property Search and Explore, a saved search with alerts on now says when Email me about my account is off in your profile, because no alert email is sent then. You can turn account emails on right there, or open your email settings. Saving a search with alerts ticked shows the same message.
  • Fixed Deal Finder: you can now open a property's own page from its details panel, with its qualifying strategies ready to open in a calculator.
  • Fixed Property Search and Explore: district searches now show the full result count, and Export CSV now includes matching properties beyond the current page, up to the first 1,000.

The Commercial-to-Residential calculator now checks the postcode for Article 4 directions, and only a direction that removes Class MA ticks the Class MA Article 4 Direction answer and is listed under its own heading. The Listed Building and Continuous Class E Use explanations now describe both routes.
  • Fixed Compare Strategies now needs a Member plan, like the other comparison tools. It's marked with a lock in the menu on a free account.
  • Fixed Compare Strategies no longer shows figures for strategies it can't price from a purchase price and a monthly rent, such as serviced accommodation. They're listed as not comparable, so you can open their own calculator instead.
  • Fixed The six conversion calculators no longer show a Sensitivity panel whose scenarios could never be applied to conversion figures.
  • Fixed If you cancel a free trial and start again on the other plan straight away, the trial now starts, instead of showing a technical error from our payment provider. If a trial can't be started just then, you now see a plain message asking you to wait a minute and try again.
  • Fixed If your plan came from an access code, the Subscription page no longer shows Manage subscription and Cancel subscription, which only work for card payments. It shows when your access ends instead. If billing management can't be opened, the page now explains it plainly instead of showing a technical error.

  • Fixed A link to a property in your portfolio now opens that property's details, instead of the whole portfolio list. If the property isn't in your portfolio, the page says so.
  • Fixed New blog post and event notifications now go only to members who have verified their email address.
  • Fixed In the Property Compass API, the listing search now says there are no more pages on the last page it can return, so a search with more than 5,000 matches no longer suggests further pages that are always empty.
  • Fixed Turning off the Weekly email digest on your watchlist now stops only the digest. Deal Finder alerts, saved-search alerts and deal board emails follow Email me about my account in your profile and each search's own alert setting. If you turn an email off, pause alerts, or switch off a search's email alert, an alert already waiting to send is no longer sent. Each alert email now links to the setting that turns it off, and the weekly digest's unsubscribe link works again.
  • Fixed "Newest first" in Property Search and Explore now lists the most recently listed properties first, and a busy map area now shows its newest listings instead of its oldest.
  • Fixed "Biggest price drop" now lists the largest price reductions first, with properties that have no price change at the end.
  • Fixed The Hide SSTC switch in Property Search and Explore now hides or shows sold subject to contract and under offer properties in map, radius, and nearest searches, not only in district searches.

  • Fixed Deleting a gallery album's cover image no longer leaves the album with a broken cover. The first remaining image in the album becomes the cover, or the cover clears when the album has no images left.
  • Fixed Stamp duty in the calculators now charges a company buying a Welsh home for £40,000 or more the higher Land Transaction Tax rates, as Wales's rules require. Purchases below £40,000 are unchanged.
  • Fixed Signed-in members who share an internet connection, such as an office network, no longer see a "Something went wrong" page when several of them open the app at once. Each member now has their own allowance for loading pages.
  • Fixed The Next and Previous buttons on the Portfolio property table now move between pages, so you can reach every property when you have more than 10.
  • Fixed Comparables now shows the sales nearest to the postcode you search, with distances measured from that postcode, instead of results from an earlier search elsewhere in the same postcode district.
