What we're building

Our roadmap is shaped by member feedback. These are bets towards better tools for UK property investors. Not promised delivery dates. Members can suggest ideas and vote.

How this page works

What this page is for

Show what Property Compass is working on, what is planned next, and what has recently shipped. Members' ideas and votes help shape it.

Who sees this

Anyone can read this page, signed in or not. It's the same for everyone.

What's on this page

Now:
ideas we are working on.
Next:
ideas planned after that.
Later:
ideas we may come back to.
Shipped:
ideas that are live.
Each idea shows its title and its category. Ideas in Now, Next and Later are listed with the most popular first, and the newest shipped ideas are listed first under Shipped.

What you can do here

Read what is on the board.
suggest ideas and vote:
opens the feedback portal, where members can share an idea or vote on one.

What this page will not do

It doesn't give dates. Where an idea sits on the board is not a promise that it will be delivered, or when.
It doesn't show vote counts or the discussion behind an idea.
It doesn't list ideas we have hidden or declined.
