One payment per booking, at checkout, to Property Compass. Your card is only ever charged for the session you chose — nothing recurring, nothing bundled.
The small print, up front
- Is a consultation included in my subscription?
- No. Member unlocks the ability to book. Every consultation is priced by the coach and paid separately, per session. If you stop subscribing, already-booked sessions still happen.
- Who am I paying?
- Property Compass. We are the seller of record and issue your VAT invoice; the coach is an independent professional we pay separately. Nothing is paid directly to a coach, and coaches never see your card details.
- What does the price include?
- Everything shown is VAT-inclusive: All prices include 20% UK VAT (VRN GB 517 7995 39). At checkout you see the exact price, the net + VAT breakdown, and the cancellation terms — including your express consent to the consultation taking place inside the 14-day cancellation window (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) — before anything is charged.
- I'm on the Free tier. Can I book?
- You can open the Consultations page and manage any sessions you already hold, but booking anything new — even a free intro call — needs Member. Upgrade when you're ready; nothing is lost by waiting.
- Is a consultation financial advice?
- No. Coaches share their own experience and judgement. Property Compass is not FCA regulated and does not provide financial advice — capital is at risk. See the full disclaimer.
