  • Fixed Flats in the same building no longer share sales history or an energy certificate, so each flat now shows its own past sales and its own energy rating and floor area.
  • Fixed Area research now shows the freehold, leasehold, new-build and existing-home median prices instead of leaving them blank.
  • Fixed A consultation you have counter-proposed no longer shows an Accept time button. It now says you are waiting for the coach to respond.
  • Fixed If your card refund is still settling when you cancel a membership started within 14 days, your membership now ends instead of staying active.
  • Fixed Paid consultations inside the no-refund window no longer show a coach as blocked for a missing term on the coach dashboard.
  • Improved The map on a property page no longer shows Comps, Crime and energy rating buttons that were always greyed out. A button will appear when its layer has data.
  • Improved Rent-to-SA and serviced accommodation profits can now take off council tax or business rates, and Rent-to-SA profits can take off monthly bills. Each line starts at £0, so enter what you pay.
  • New Set your usual mortgage rate, deposit and buying costs once under You, then Calculator defaults, and each calculator opens with them. Clear them any time to go back to the Property Compass defaults.
  • Fixed Calculators now open with your saved defaults even when they load a moment after the page.
  • New Full members now find Messages in the Community menu and the search, with a count of unread messages beside it, and a message link opens that message.
  • Fixed Flip calculator downloads (CSV, Excel and PDF) now carry the same tax warning as the screen: the figures are estimates, HMRC may tax the profit differently, and Class 4 National Insurance is not included.
  • Fixed A link to Explore now opens on the area it was copied from, and a district link flies to that district and lists its properties.
  • New A link to a property opens that property in Explore, and the Listing URL in a CSV export now does the same.
  • Fixed The Run Search link in a saved search alert email now opens Explore and runs that saved search.
  • Fixed District codes typed in lower case in a Compare link, such as m1 and ls1, now fill the table instead of showing dashes.
  • Fixed Energy ratings and build details now load for postcodes where they were missing, so listings in those areas show the rating of the property.
  • Fixed Choosing 5+ bedrooms in Deal Finder now includes homes with six or more bedrooms.
  • Fixed The event calendar keeps your selected month while events load.
  • Fixed Reports sent from the support box now confirm that a ticket was created and keep your message if sending fails.
  • Fixed Older consultation requests and refunds now remain in admin queues and workload totals.
  • Fixed On Property Search, Export CSV and the sort menu no longer slide under the map when a search shows the "Tighten the radius" note. They move to a second line above the listings.
  • Fixed On Property Search, the postcode suggestions no longer pop open after you press Search straight after typing.
  • Fixed The postcode you search for now stays in the search box. Before, the box could change to a nearby postcode a moment after the map moved to your search.
  • Improved Screen readers no longer announce the decorative bell icon next to Notifications as an image.
  • Fixed Searching for a postcode district such as M1 now lists its properties straight away. Before, the results panel could show "Search unavailable for this view" for a few seconds, and kept showing it if we could not place the district on the map.
  • Fixed Members are now told when an event is published, including events first saved as drafts.
  • Fixed On a phone, the Explore map's Overlay opacity card no longer covers the All, Houses and Flats buttons.
  • Fixed Buying a title register or title plan now completes and keeps the purchase in your history. Trying again finishes the same order instead of buying it a second time.
  • Fixed The View Deal button in a new deal alert email now opens the deal, and links in alerts sent earlier take you there too.
  • Fixed Saving an event with the end before the start now says so beside End Date instead of failing, and any other problem with an event shows what to change.
  • Improved When a change can't be saved, the message now says why, or that the save didn't go through and to try again in a moment, instead of only saying something went wrong.
  • Fixed A saved Deal Finder search that is too broad to check each night now says its alerts are paused, why, and how to get them back, instead of saying it could not be checked.
  • Improved Deal Finder now says when industrial, office or retail listings are waiting on the area's commercial rent, and that their figures appear after you open a listing's property page where commercial rent data is available for the area, instead of giving "other reasons".
  • Fixed Messages about a postcode or another entry that can't be used no longer end with a technical note such as (Parameter 'postcode').
  • Improved When the API refuses a request, its error now names each field to fix, using the field names you sent, and gives a plain message for each.
  • Improved When an event's end date can't be read, the error now names the end date with a plain message such as "Enter a valid date and time." and leads with that message instead of "Validation failed".
  • Fixed Cancelling a paid consultation with a very long reason no longer fails after your refund has started. The reason is now checked before anything is refunded, and the cancel form shows the 977 character limit.
  • Fixed Consultation notes are now limited to 1,000 characters. A longer note is refused when you send it instead of causing an unexpected error, and the request edit form tells you the limit.
  • Fixed Coach profiles, session types, availability and invitation links are now checked against their limits when you save them, and an invitation link opened on the wrong kind of invitation page now says the link is not valid instead of showing an unexpected error.
  • Fixed Deal of the Week deals save again, including Build-to-Rent and Land Banking deals, and when one can't be saved the editor shows the reason beside the field it concerns, such as dates that overlap another deal.
  • Improved Free membership no longer has a daily limit on heatmap loads, so you can load the heatmap as often as you like.
  • Improved Full membership no longer has a daily limit on property searches, so the search counter and the low allowance reminder are gone.
  • Fixed The Gross Yield figures in the Explore Discover list are no longer cut off on a laptop-width window.
  • Fixed On phones and tablets the Explore map's fullscreen button is now 44 px and no longer sits under the Article 4 zones toggle.
  • Fixed A postcode district search now stays on that district when you change a filter, instead of switching to listings within a mile of its centre.
  • New On a computer you can now make the sidebar narrower or wider by dragging its right edge, or fold it down to a slim strip of icons with the button beside the logo. While it is folded, point at it or move to it with the keyboard and it opens over the page with every label, then folds away again. Your sidebar stays the way you left it on that device. Phones keep the slide out menu.
  • Improved The Privacy Policy now explains the record we keep when an administrator changes your account, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy.
  • Fixed Paid pages such as Area Comparison and Area Screening are no longer offered in help links until you have confirmed your email, so you no longer open a page that then refuses you.
  • Fixed Voiding a coach payout batch now releases its earnings so they can be paid in a later batch.
  • Fixed The payout batch detail screen now shows the batch's real revision, so approving, invoicing, paying or voiding from it no longer fails as out of date.
  • Fixed The BRR calculator now charges bridging interest and the bridging arrangement fee on the amount you borrow, not on the whole purchase price, because bridging does not cover your deposit. With the default inputs, a £200,000 purchase now shows £12,000 of bridging costs instead of £16,000, so the cash left in the deal is £4,000 lower. Deal Finder scores for BRR deals are recalculated to match.
  • Fixed Compare exits on the buy-to-let calculators now grows only the rent over the hold period, so thin-margin and loss-making deals no longer look worse than they are, and the refinance option now counts any extra cash you must add to clear the old mortgage as cash left in.
  • Fixed When a member's account is removed, their deal board posts and comments now stay up under the name "Deleted member", and their reactions are removed. Deals they posted that were still waiting for approval are withdrawn and never published.
  • Improved Tenure now shows Census 2021 shares for the neighbourhood around the postcode, including shared ownership.
  • Improved Demographics now shows Census 2021 figures for age, degrees, health, cars, deprivation, work and jobs.
  • Improved Household Income now shows the official estimate of average income for the area and names its financial year.
  • Improved Average income and the rented share in area summaries now name the official data behind them.
  • Improved Postcodes in Scotland and Northern Ireland show a dash in these panels with the reason.
  • Improved The Privacy Policy and Terms now explain how we check free trial eligibility and the limited eligibility record we keep for 24 months after an account is deleted.
  • New The property detail panel and the Property tab of Area Research now show planning constraints at the property: conservation areas, listed buildings within 50 metres, tree preservation order zones, green belt, National Landscapes and Sites of Special Scientific Interest, each linked to its official record.
  • New When nothing is recorded, a planning constraint says none is recorded rather than that there is no constraint, and a dash explains when a council has not published its data or the property is outside England.
  • Improved Cookie settings is now one click away in the app sidebar, so you can change or withdraw your cookie choices as easily as you gave them.
  • Improved When serviced accommodation or rent to serviced accommodation takings go over the VAT registration threshold, the results now show your cash flow, profit and return with VAT taken off, next to the figures as projected.
  • Improved Shared serviced accommodation and rent to serviced accommodation analyses now show the VAT registration threshold warning when their takings go over it.
  • New Serviced accommodation and rent to serviced accommodation results now tell you when projected takings go over the VAT registration threshold, and show the same takings with VAT taken out so you can see the size of the drop.
  • Improved The site looks the same, but it now needs Safari or iOS 16.4 or later, Chrome 111 or later, or Firefox 128 or later. Older browsers may show pages without some of their styling, so if anything looks wrong, update your browser.
  • New Your Portfolio page now has a Forecast card. The five-year forecast shows each year's rent income, running costs, mortgage, cash flow and equity for the properties you own, and the rate stress test shows how your cash flow and DSCR change if every mortgage rate rises by 0.5% up to 2.5%. A portfolio with no mortgage is shown as having no mortgage rather than a negative result.
  • New The HMO and HMO Conversion calculators can show local room rents for the postcode district, by room type, with the range, number of listings and date, and you can use one as your room rent in a click.
  • Fixed Calendar app links now use their own security key, so changes to how you sign in can no longer break them. If a calendar app stops showing your Property Compass events, copy your link again from Sync to your calendar app.
  • Improved On your Watchlist, a property you saved by its address and that sold since August 2026 now shows its own last sale, matched by its official property reference, instead of the latest sale anywhere in its postcode.
  • Improved Area deprivation deciles now come from the English Indices of Deprivation 2025 instead of the 2019 release.
  • New Deal Finder now lists landlord sales: tenanted homes that landlords are selling off-market to other landlords, each with its stated gross yield and the date it was released. We refresh the list every week.
  • Fixed Nightly Deal Finder alerts no longer miss a night because a saved search with a funding limit ran too slowly.
  • Improved A free trial is now one per person. If your email address or card was already used for a free trial or Full membership, you are offered Full membership instead, and this still applies for 24 months if you delete your account and join again. If you share a card with someone, you can ask us to review it.
  • Improved If you share a card and we approve your review, you can now start your free trial.
  • New The Cookie Policy page is live at /cookies, listing every cookie we set, who sets it, what it is for and how long it lasts, with a link from every page footer and from the Privacy Policy.
  • Fixed A property's yield and stamp duty figures now use the asking price of the advert that is on the market, not the price of an earlier advert that has been withdrawn.
  • Improved An old link to a property that has left the market now says it is off the market and shows the price it was last advertised at, without yield or cash flow figures, and does not open it in a calculator.
  • Fixed Buying a title register or title plan in title research works again. The purchase had been failing with an error before anything was bought.
  • New How our data works now lists every data source we use, the credit its publisher asks for and a link to its licence.
  • Improved Search results, Research and Area Research show one Data sources and licences link in place of several lines of copyright notices, so the figures have more room.
  • Improved Capital Growth now shows the average price for the council area from the UK House Price Index, for the latest month and the same month in each of the five years before it. The panel names the council, the source and the month, and shows a dash with the reason when a figure is not published yet.
  • New Residential calculators now show the Bank of England market average for 2 year and 5 year fixed mortgages at 75% loan to value, and the month it covers, under your mortgage rate. Your own rate is never changed.
  • Improved The developer API now serves mortgage rates from the Bank of England under market data, and the old mortgage rates request under property data is withdrawn.
  • Improved Nearest Schools now lists open schools in England within about three miles from Department for Education and Ofsted records, with each school's latest Ofsted outcome, its inspection date and a link to the report. For a school with an Ofsted report card, the panel shows whether safeguarding was met and flags any school whose safeguarding was not met or that Ofsted has placed in special measures or judged to require significant improvement. Postcodes in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland show a dash that explains the coverage.
  • Improved The Council Tax panel now shows the average charge for each band in the council area for 2026 to 2027, and how the council's homes split across the bands. Charges leave out parish, town and community council precepts, and the panel says so. Councils in Scotland and Northern Ireland show a dash with the reason.
  • Improved The Research page Council Tax section now shows the council's Band D charge for 2026 to 2027 instead of a dash.
  • New A new Legal page brings together our financial disclaimer, cookie information, data sources and company details, and every page footer is now one short line that links to it.
  • Improved Pages with figures now show each caveat as one short line in a single box at the bottom of the page, with a link to its full wording on the Legal page.
  • Improved The Article 4 result says inside the result that it is a postcode-level check, and watchlist property cards now show that their figures are area-level, not a valuation.
  • Improved Alert emails end with one short line about the figures and a link to the Legal page.
  • Improved The Pricing page and checkout now name who sells your membership and our registered address.
  • Improved Partner cards now say that we may receive a fee if you use a partner.
  • New You can now download a copy of your personal data from your account page, including your profile, consents, watchlist, saved searches and saved analyses.
  • New New members see a one-time card on the dashboard where they can choose to get marketing emails, starting with three short emails about Deal Finder, the calculators and Area Research. The box is never ticked for you.
  • New New members now get a welcome email soon after they join, unless they've switched off Email me about my account. If you've agreed to marketing emails, three short emails follow over your first nine days, showing Deal Finder and saved searches, the calculators and Area Research. Each email has a link to stop them.
  • New A home in England or Wales with an energy rating of F or G now shows Below legal minimum to let on its Explore card and property page, naming the minimum energy efficiency rule and noting that registered exemptions apply. A home rated D or E shows a note, labelled proposed, about the planned rise to the equivalent of a C rating from 1 October 2030.
  • Improved When your subscription, pricing, referral or Deal Finder data comes back in a form the page does not expect, you now see an error message instead of a blank or zero value.
  • Improved Menus, filters, dialogs and the property detail panel now ease open and shut instead of appearing abruptly.
  • Improved If your device is set to reduce motion, those panels open and close at once, and loading placeholders and spinners stay still.
  • Improved Everything you change while signed in is now checked to have come from a Property Compass page you opened, which protects your account from forged requests sent from other websites.
  • Improved Using the Property Compass API directly with a sign-in token now needs Full membership. The website keeps working on Free membership.
  • New Properties in your portfolio and on your Watchlist that have a known property reference now offer a full property profile, with sales, estimated value, floor area, energy rating, council tax and registered leases where available. Each month includes three new profiles, and opening a profile you have already opened is free while it is still saved.
  • Improved Compare strategies now follows your Investor profile buying choice, so each strategy uses the same company purchase setting and lender rules as its own calculator. Coming soon
  • Improved Pricing explains the daily Free membership allowances for BRR, Flip, and the basic heatmap, including when they reset and what counts as a use.
  • Fixed When a listing's asking price or status changes, its estimated yield and its price compared with the area median now update to match, instead of keeping the figures worked out for the old price.
  • Fixed Calculator cards keep labels and figures readable on narrow screens and in narrow panels.
  • Improved Financial disclaimers and tax notes appear after results and page actions.
  • Improved Flip results explain that holding costs exclude finance and that negative money left in means cash returned.
  • Improved You can check your free trial eligibility before entering a card and choose Full membership if you have joined before.
  • Fixed You can see commercial rents and sale and rent estimates in Area Research when data is available.

  • Fixed The Flip calculator now estimates Corporation Tax for a company purchase, using the small profits rate, marginal relief and the main rate, instead of showing personal Income Tax figures. Company purchases with Scotland selected as the taxpayer residence now calculate instead of showing an error.
  • Improved A consultation refund that cannot be completed now stops after a fixed number of attempts and reaches our team, instead of being retried again and again with nobody told.
  • Improved One webhook delivery can no longer be sent twice at the same moment.
  • Improved Text boxes for message subjects, professional listings and reviews, idea comments, session types, project names, cancellation reasons and watchlist labels no longer cut off what you paste. They show a live character count that turns red over the limit, and tell you which field is too long when you submit.
  • Improved When a member is removed, a referral reward that has not yet been credited for them is voided instead of being paid later.
  • Improved The HMO Register panel now shows how many people a licence covers, for councils such as Leeds that publish occupancy but no bedroom count.
  • Fixed Deal Finder now keeps the results you already have on screen and retries on its own when a live scoring update arrives in an unexpected form, instead of failing.
  • Fixed The hourly capital recovery check now finishes in small steps instead of timing out, so BRR and mixed-use deals whose capital recovery changed now show correctly in Deal Finder, including the Min ROE filter.
  • Improved Shared analyses and share images show the full address saved with the analysis, including an exact address we looked up for a listed property.
  • Improved When you add a property to your portfolio, the address lookup now waits until you have typed a full postcode. On the calculators, the address list and the Article 4 check also wait for a complete postcode.
  • Fixed The Member Directory region filter now finds members in Yorkshire and the Humber. Before, choosing Yorkshire always showed no members.
  • Fixed Picking a council in a location search now covers all of its postcode districts. Before, it quietly used only the first district alphabetically. Where a screen takes one district, you now choose which one.
  • Fixed Searching for a place that has no postcode district no longer shows an empty result.
  • Fixed A property we cannot check against Article 4 now shows Article 4 unknown instead of passing as outside an Article 4 area. It also stays in your results when you exclude Article 4 areas, and a CSV export says Unknown instead of No. Listings that were never properly checked now read unknown, and listings in Wales and in councils with Article 4 data are being checked again at their own map point.
  • Fixed Your membership and consultation checkouts now include a billing name for invoices.
  • Improved Off plan results now warn that developer insolvency can put deposits at risk and prompt you to check protection limits.
  • Improved Find Welsh places by either their Welsh or English name, with or without accents, including suburbs such as Morriston.
  • Fixed Paying for a consultation no longer gets stuck when you retry checkout. If our payment provider is briefly unavailable, checkout asks you to try again shortly.
  • Improved The Flip calculator now hides Other Annual Non-Savings Income for a company purchase, because Corporation Tax does not use it, and the tax section is headed Tax instead of Personal Income Tax.
  • Improved Partner stats now explain that a member who saw a partner in more than one place is counted once in each source, so the source rows can add up to more than the total.
  • Improved Errors the site recovers from on its own are now always kept in our error records, so problems you report are easier to trace.
  • Fixed Auction listings now show a guide price, with a clear label when estimates and comparisons use that guide price.
  • Fixed Your directory profile is visible only to people with Full membership, matching your consent.
  • Improved Your profile, plan and Sign out now sit in a new You menu at the bottom of the sidebar, shown with your picture. The top bar is less crowded, especially on a phone.
  • Improved The Subscription page is now called Plan, its usage panel is now called Daily limits, and your Profile page links to Plan instead of repeating your plan details.
  • Fixed Student Accommodation no longer shows a yield for a house. It was counting the whole-house rent once for every bedroom, so larger homes looked far better than they were. Student lets now show as not ranked until a real student rent exists.
  • Fixed Area figures from our paid data source no longer go missing when several load at once. If the data source is busy, the page now says so and tries again by itself, instead of leaving the figure blank.
  • Improved When area data can't be shown, you now see why: the data source is busy, you've reached today's limit for this data, or the data is temporarily unavailable.
  • Improved Crime ratings now come from official police records only, and the crimes per 1,000 people figure is no longer shown in area research, area comparisons or the area report.
  • Improved Deal scores use build cost and commercial rent figures from the last 60 days only for listings you open or save.
  • Fixed When we change how saved search matches are chosen or ranked, your next alert no longer lists properties that were already on the market as new matches. Properties listed since the previous alert are still announced.
  • Fixed Webhooks now reject more private network destinations.
  • Fixed Area research yields, demand, growth, crime, demographics, income and tenure now describe the whole postcode district, not whichever postcode was looked up first.
  • Fixed Nearby schools now match the postcode you searched, not another postcode in the same district.
  • Fixed Support tickets and automatic error reports are now always saved, even when many errors arrive at the same moment, and a ticket description over 4,000 characters now shows a clear message instead of failing.
  • Fixed Opening a listing from a link now takes Property Search to the page of results that contains it, including for newer listings.
  • Fixed Your billing period end date now stays on your account after a failed renewal payment.
  • Fixed When the address service is slow, the postcode lookup and the Article 4 check now show their usual message asking you to try again or carry on, instead of failing with an error. The postcode box on its own now shows that message too, where before it showed nothing.
  • Fixed Build cost and commercial rent estimates are now matched to the right postcode district.
  • Fixed Calculators now show a clear message instead of an error when an amount is far too large or a required section, such as finance, is missing.
  • Improved A Cookie settings link in the footer and in your account settings now reopens the cookie choices. The floating cookie button is gone, so it no longer covers other controls.
  • Fixed Deal Finder keeps scoring your searches when several are running at once, and after a system update.
  • Improved When you save an analysis of a listed property, we now look up its exact address and keep it with your saved analysis, but only when its property type and map location match the listing. Otherwise your analysis keeps the listing's own address, as before.
  • Improved Address lookups are now private to you. Results you look up are reused only during your own session and are deleted when you sign out or 24 hours after the lookup, whichever comes first. Anything you save to your account, such as a property or a calculation, keeps its address. Looking up a postcode in a new session can take a moment longer the first time.
  • Fixed Saving a portfolio property's financials with a value that is too large or too long now shows a message naming the field, instead of a generic error.
  • Improved Deal Finder now uses the postcode area's typical build cost where a district has none or only an old figure.
  • Fixed Pages and member data load quickly again after they slowed down in the latest release.
  • New Our team is now alerted when a card dispute is opened against a payment, so each one gets a timely response.
  • Improved Property Search now includes the homes for sale that were missing from the busiest London districts, such as W2, E14, SW11 and SE1.
  • New If Property Compass is updated while a page is open in your browser, a banner now asks you to reload, with a short list of recent changes and a note from us when there is one, so you do not keep seeing errors from the older version.
  • Fixed A property that comes back on the market, or is newly listed, now appears in Deal Finder as soon as its figures are worked out, without an extra wait of up to two hours.
  • Fixed Reminder and digest emails no longer arrive twice when a scheduled job runs slowly.
  • Fixed The Contact form now keeps what you typed and shows a clear message if you reach the hourly send limit or the form has expired, instead of showing a blank page.
  • New The Features, Pricing, Mentorship and coach session types pages, and the newsletter confirmation page, now have a "How this page works" guide that explains what each page is for.
  • New The Admin overview, Members, Member detail and Content pages now have a "How this page works" guide that explains what each page shows and what each action does.
  • New The Profile, Support, Glossary, Feedback and Messages pages now have a “How this page works” section that explains who can use each page, what it shows and what you can do there.

  • Fixed A membership that came from a promotion and has ended now shows as Free membership on your subscription page, instead of still showing as Paid.
  • Improved Opening a Buy, Refurbish, Refinance or Flip result from Deal Finder in its calculator now fills in the refurb cost the result was scored on, for results scored from today. Older results leave the field for you to fill in, and you can still change it.
  • Fixed The Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Flip, Build to Rent and Land Development calculators no longer show a new-build price per square foot labelled "Area estimate" beside the refurb and build cost fields, which could be mistaken for a refurb rate.
  • Improved Deal Finder no longer waits up to 20 minutes, four times a day, before it starts assessing the homes for a new search.
  • Fixed Saved searches that use the semi-detached property type match semi-detached homes again, and their alerts work again.
  • Fixed Properties for sale no longer disappear from your search results when one date in their price history cannot be read. Only that one entry is left out.
  • Fixed The free trial countdown now updates while the page stays open, so it no longer shows a stale number of days.
  • Fixed A shared analysis image now keeps its other figures when one value cannot be read, instead of leaving out the figures after it.
  • Fixed Deal Finder now shows your results even when the count of properties it could assess fails. Only that line is left out.
  • Fixed A property price history no longer shows the same price twice on one date.
  • Fixed Fewer pages fail to load when another request is cancelled at the same moment.
  • Improved Our Privacy Policy now explains the pseudonymous identifier on our server logs while you are signed in, which shows neither your name nor your email address, and that deleting your account needs no separate step for it.
  • Improved A support ticket is now marked Resolved, and you get a notification, when we close the bug it was filed under.
  • Improved You can now see a home's floor area, when available, in residential search results.

  • Fixed When you open a property from a link to it in your portfolio, closing or deleting it now returns the address bar to your portfolio, and Back no longer reopens it. Opening another property from the list updates the link to that property.
  • Fixed Property Search and Explore saved searches now keep For Sale or To Rent, residential or commercial, and the minimum price, so Run and the alert emails search what you saved. On a phone, Filters now has the For Sale and To Rent choice too.
  • Fixed Run on a Property Search saved search now searches the saved map area, instead of keeping a radius, district, or postcode search you had open. The new, reduced, and removed counts after a run now compare the same listings as the saved-search alert emails, so they no longer change between runs and emails when nothing has changed.
  • Fixed Turning off Email me about new features and tips in your profile now also unsubscribes you from the Property Compass newsletter. Turning it on doesn't subscribe you; the newsletter still asks you to confirm by email.
  • Fixed In Property Search and Explore, a saved search with alerts on now says when Email me about my account is off in your profile, because no alert email is sent then. You can turn account emails on right there, or open your email settings. Saving a search with alerts ticked shows the same message.

The Listed Building and Continuous Class E Use explanations now describe both routes.
  • Fixed Compare Strategies now needs a Member plan, like the other comparison tools. It's marked with a lock in the menu on a free account.
  • Fixed Compare Strategies no longer shows figures for strategies it can't price from a purchase price and a monthly rent, such as serviced accommodation. They're listed as not comparable, so you can open their own calculator instead.
  • Fixed The six conversion calculators no longer show a Sensitivity panel whose scenarios could never be applied to conversion figures.
