Next release · v1.54.0 (in progress)- Improved Place and area search now display the required open-data source attribution wherever place suggestions and area labels appear.
- New Search by town or village name: type "Buxton" (or any of 32,000 GB places) in Property Search, Research, or the Deal Finder area picker and jump straight there — duplicate names are labelled with their council so you always pick the right one.
- Improved Groundwork for town-name search: every UK town and village is now known to the platform (searchable from the next update).
- Improved Searching by council name now finds every district that council touches — for example, "High Peak" now includes SK17 (Buxton), which previously only appeared under a neighbouring council.
- Fixed PO-box-only postcode districts (like B99) no longer clutter search suggestions and area pickers.
- New Jump anywhere instantly: press Ctrl-K (or Cmd-K on Mac), or use the new Search button in the top bar, to open a command palette listing every page you can access.
- Improved Property search over dense city areas is dramatically faster and more reliable.
- Improved Zooming the map out to the whole country now shows a friendly "zoom in to search this area" note instead of a long wait and an error.
- Fixed Weekly watchlist updates were silently skipped for members watching more than one area — you now get a single update covering all your changed areas.
- Improved In-app notifications look cleaner, can be dismissed with a close button, and watchlist changes offer a one-tap Undo.
- Improved The Deal Finder area picker is now searchable, with full keyboard navigation.
- Improved On phones, property details open in a smooth bottom sheet you can swipe away.
- Fixed The sign-out button no longer pushes the layout sideways on phones.
- Fixed Map controls no longer overlap the search box on phones in the research view.
- Improved Spreadsheet exports are hardened against formula injection.
- Fixed Postcode search now finds every district: two-digit outcodes such as SK17 (Buxton) appear in the suggestions in both Property Search and the Deal Finder area picker, suggestions stay live while you type a full postcode, and pasting an address line still finds the right area.

- Improved Postcode search now automatically retries with an alternative lookup, so you still get results if the primary service is briefly unavailable.

- New See whether a property sits inside an Article 4 planning-restriction area — which can block conversions such as HMOs — before you commit, sourced from official council and government records.
- Improved Property pages now include an interactive map with comparable sales, crime and energy-rating layers, plus one-click links into the right calculator with the listing's details already filled in.
- Improved BTL and HMO calculators now warn if your rent assumption exceeds the local housing-benefit cap, and account for ground rent and service charges in your cash-flow figures.
- Improved Watchlisted properties are now pinned to the top of your search results.
- Fixed Deal Finder no longer ranks junk listings — such as £1 asking prices or parking spaces — or listings with faulty rent estimates as top matches.
- Fixed Watchlist property cards no longer present area-wide averages as if they were facts about that specific property, and property listing pages show complete details again after we resolved a data-format issue.
- New Calculator results and verdict banners now show the exact benchmark you're being measured against (for example, the minimum lender DSCR) next to your own figure.
- New Upgrade prompts now appear right when you hit a search, area-research or calculator-save limit, instead of being buried in account settings.
- Fixed Corrected wording on the crowdfunding investment risk disclaimer to meet FCA Consumer Duty requirements.
